New website

New website

Dear IAVCEI members,

let share with you our pleasure that today, on 2 February 2021, a renewed IAVCEI website is becoming activated, thanks to the combined efforts of our webmaster (E. Nicotra), our private partner GUARANT international, and other persons.
Though still incomplete and requiring updates in the next days or weeks, this new website will provide us with a more professional and more friendly access to all volcano-related information and communication. It is connected to social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), already hosts the webpage of 13 of our Commissions and Working Groups, gives access to our newly created e-Volcano platform, and is planned to propose a multi-language option. It will be routinely updated by a dedicated Communication Team (coordinated by E. Nicotra), and your own inputs will be of extreme value.

We are thus confident that this new website will permit IAVCEI to greatly improve its overall communication and international attractiveness.

Best regards,

Patrick Allard, IAVCEI President
Roberto Sulpizio, IAVCEI General Secretary
