Dear IAVCEI members,
whether you can not attend our Scientific Assembly in New Zealand that is approaching within the next two weeks, you have a great opportunity to join us virtually.
Virtual Registration Includes:
Access to a live stream of all conference sessions.
Access to recordings of sessions will be available soon after the session finishing and will be available until 3 March 2023.
Access to all conference programme materials including abstracts via the virtual platform.
Ability to submit questions to oral and poster presenters via text during the live stream of sessions.
Virtual poster session for all in-person and virtual attendees planned (all attendees and presenters join online via their own devices).
Opportunity to network with both in-person and virtual attendees via the platform ‘Meeting Hub’.
Those that have indicated online attendance and have been accepted for oral presentation will have the option to present live or provide a recording.
